A WhatsApp campaign sends an approved message to a group of your own contacts, for example customers who have not ordered for a while.
- Choose who receives it, for example past buyers or a contact group such as VIP customers.
- Agree the message. Campaigns use a template approved by Meta; the AI or the Dub Ai team writes it and submits it for approval.
- Send it now or schedule it, for example by asking your Dub Ai assistant: “Schedule a broadcast Friday 6pm.” It asks you to confirm before anything is sent.
- Replies go straight to the sales agent, which answers and can build a basket.
- Ask for the delivery and read figures afterwards.
The Dub Ai team can also set up a gentle daily send of one approved message to past contacts, with checks so nobody is messaged too often. Contacts who opt out are excluded from future sends.
Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and give them a clear reason to reply, such as a new arrival or a seasonal offer.
