These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the DUB-Ai website at dub-ai.ae and to the DUB-Ai services provided by 800website, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“DUB-Ai”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, contacting us, or subscribing to a DUB-Ai plan, you (“you”, “the client”) agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

1. Our services

DUB-Ai provides a team of AI agents that businesses run from WhatsApp, together with related services: website design and development, mobile app design and development, a knowledge base, a CRM, WhatsApp marketing campaigns and follow-ups, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising support, video creation, SEO and content, hosting, security and support. The exact scope for each client is set out in the plan they choose and in any quotation or order we confirm in writing (including on WhatsApp or by email).

2. Plans, term and upgrades

3. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your quotation or invoice and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are in UAE dirhams and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Third-party costs that are not part of your plan, such as WhatsApp Business messaging charges from Meta, advertising spend, domain names or app store developer fees, are paid by you unless your quotation says otherwise. If an invoice is unpaid, we may pause the services after giving you notice.

4. Your responsibilities

5. AI agents and their limits

Our AI agents answer from the information you provide and are designed to hand conversations to your team when a person is needed. AI can make mistakes. You remain responsible for decisions, offers, prices and commitments made to your customers, and you should review important replies, documents and figures. We do not guarantee any particular sales, leads, rankings or advertising results.

6. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including WhatsApp and Meta, Google, hosting providers, app stores and AI service providers. Their availability, features, approvals and policies are outside our control. We are not responsible for interruptions, rejected ads, account restrictions or policy changes made by these platforms, but we will help you resolve them where we can.

7. Websites, apps and content

8. Hosting, security and availability

We host and protect the websites and services included in your plan using reputable providers, firewalls and regular updates. We aim for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service, for example during maintenance or outages at our providers. Keeping your own copies of important business records is recommended.

9. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only to perform these Terms. We process personal information in line with our Privacy policy and applicable UAE data protection law. Where we process your customers’ personal information on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions and to provide the services.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in connection with the services in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end the services if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the services (for example for spam or unlawful content), or do not pay fees after notice. You may end your subscription at the end of the current term by telling us before it renews. Fees for the current term are not refundable unless your quotation says otherwise or the law requires it.

12. Using our website

The information on dub-ai.ae, including the Help Centre and blog, is general information and not legal, financial or medical advice. Do not misuse the website, attempt to access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use without our written consent.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes that materially affect an active subscription will be shared with you in advance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, after both parties have first tried to resolve it in good faith.
