The AI creates invoices in your branding. There is no template to fill in.
- On WhatsApp, tell your Dub Ai assistant what to bill, for example: “Create an invoice for Gulf Traders: 2 gift sets and 1 delivery.”
- It builds the invoice with line items, VAT and totals, and shows you a preview.
- Check it and ask for changes if needed.
- Approve it and the customer receives the invoice as a PDF, with a payment link.
Where the items are in your catalogue, the agent uses those prices, so you only need to name the items and quantities. Always check the totals in the preview.
