How your account is set up

You do not need to install anything yourself. The Dub Ai team sets up your account and walks you through each step.

1. We set up your Dub Ai assistant and connect it to your website or online shop. If you do not have a website yet, a complete website is included in every Dub Ai plan.
2. We connect your WhatsApp Business number, and your Facebook Page and Meta ad account if you use them.
3. We load your products or services, opening hours and policies, so the sales agent can answer accurately. Prices are only shown if you approve them.
4. We agree the tone, languages and rules the agents follow.
5. We test the replies with you, then switch the agents on together.

After go-live you run everything by messaging your Dub Ai assistant on WhatsApp. There is no dashboard to learn.

What we need from you:

• Access to your Meta business account.
• Your product or service list.
• The person who will check and approve the agent’s first replies.
