Follow-ups overview
Follow-ups make sure no lead is forgotten: AI-written WhatsApp messages, by default after 2, 24 and 48 hours, plus manual steps for your team.
Building a follow-up sequence
A sequence is a reusable follow-up plan: steps by day and channel, automatic or manual, each with a goal the AI writes the message towards.
Smart WhatsApp templates
Outside WhatsApp’s 24-hour window you need a template approved by Meta. The AI writes templates for each lead type and uses the right one for you.
