Follow-ups make sure no lead is forgotten. They work in two ways:
- Automatic: the AI sends WhatsApp follow-ups on a schedule and writes a fresh message each time. By default they go out 2 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after a customer goes quiet. These are the default timings and they can be changed: just ask the Dub Ai team.
- Manual: steps that need a person, such as a phone call, go to your team’s follow-up list.
The Dub Ai team sets up your follow-up plan with you. To see who is waiting, ask your Dub Ai assistant: “Leads with no follow-up?”
