Description
Many businesses worry about losing their WhatsApp number or chat history when they add automation. With WhatsApp coexistence, your number stays in the WhatsApp Business app on your phone while Dub Ai is connected to it.
- Keep your existing WhatsApp Business number
- Keep replying from the app on your phone
- Recent chat history brought across at setup
- Connection handled by the Dub Ai team
Your team can keep replying from the app as usual, and the AI assistant answers the chats you hand to it. Recent chat history can be brought across during setup, so the assistant has context from day one.
The Dub Ai team checks your number’s eligibility and handles the connection with you.
