Human sales agents can be added by category, so enquiries about a particular product line or service go to the right person. Each agent is alerted on WhatsApp about their own leads and conversations, and you can add, remove or reassign agents at any time by message.
Sensitive actions taken by the admin agent are protected by a password and require confirmation, and an activity log records what was changed and by whom.
